Scope of Application

These Terms of Service apply to the sale of apparel products by T R & B Verwaltungs GmbH to consumers within the European Union via online channels. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Terms, and the Return and Exchange Policy.

Formation of Contract

Once you submit an order and complete payment, the order enters a pending status. The contract becomes effective upon our confirmation of the order details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders—issuing a full refund—in cases such as product unavailability or incorrect information.

Product Information

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product images, descriptions, and pricing on the website. Due to screen color variations, the actual product color may differ slightly; this does not constitute a quality defect. Actual product specifications and parameters prevail.

Pricing and Payment

All listed prices include applicable VAT (where applicable). The final payment amount is as displayed at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed on the site. Order processing and shipment will only commence after payment is completed.

Order Fulfillment

Following payment, the preparation and dispatch period is 5–8 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time within the EU is 15–20 business days; this is an estimate subject to factors such as logistics and force majeure. Please refer to the Shipping Terms for details.

Consumer Rights

EU consumers are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; please refer to the Return and Exchange Policy. In the event of quality defects, you are entitled to remedies for defective goods as stipulated by EU law.

User Obligations

You must provide accurate and complete details regarding your name, delivery address, and contact information when placing an order. You are responsible for any costs arising from delivery failures or package returns caused by incorrect information.

Intellectual Property

All images, text, and brand logos on the website are the property of T R & B Verwaltungs GmbH or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are liable only for quality issues pertaining to the products themselves. Compensation will not be provided for indirect losses or loss of profit, to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be held liable for breach of contract if performance is prevented by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, logistics disruptions, policy changes).

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the EU Member State where the goods are delivered. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, consumers may assert their rights before a local consumer dispute resolution body or a competent court.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website, and continued use of the website services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
